What kind of driver's license do I need to work at EQQO?
The requirements for the driving license class at EQQO depend on the job description. While a class BE driving license is perfectly sufficient for normal green space maintenance, it is essential for other job offers, such as gully cleaning or operating special machinery, to have a class C/CE driving license.
If you are still unsure – don’t be shy! At EQQO, we have an in-house driver trainer who not only provides intensive training and in-depth driver training during onboarding, but also when uncertainties arise, because it’s better to be safe than sorry.
We realize that the coordination of tasks may be a bit overwhelming at first. However, we will guide you until you feel confident enough to approach your work with joy and motivation.
What basic requirements do I need to fulfill to become a superhero at EQQO?
First and foremost, your motivation is the basic requirement for a good working relationship. Those who are motivated enjoy their work, and those who enjoy their work are usually reliable. And that’s exactly what we’re looking for!
A driver’s license is definitely important for working at EQQO. If you still feel unsure about your driving skills, don’t worry; we are aware that municipal work requires different skills than long routes with start and finish on the highway. That’s why we offer in-depth and extensive driver training from our in-house driver trainer, so that you feel safe at work at the end of the day.
In addition, you should be willing to drive right-hand drive vehicles as a driver of special-purpose machines, be able to concentrate at work, be able to adapt to route trips on route tours and be willing to travel.
The travel requirement is an assembly readiness of 10 to 12 weeks per year. EQQO organizes everything so that you are relaxed and accommodated in a hotel with breakfast included.
If you want to take part in the “Sinkkastenziehen” (a kind of treasure hunt), you should have a high level of teamwork skills. As we say at EQQO, you will be matched with your partner. Drivers are trained by our EQQO internal driver trainer and are well instructed from the very beginning so that everyone feels safe at the end.
